A contained, live trial of one workflow on a copy of your system, typically about six weeks. You see the full loop, from finding to approved fix, before anything touches production.
Ongoing operation, itemized by workflow, billed monthly. The workflow is the unit you pay for, so you always know what you are paying for and what it returns.
